Jeff Gochenour - Service Manager

I have been in the motorcycle industry since 1983. I have worked at various motorcycle dealerships and attended many factory  service schools.

I started working for Grove's Winchester Harley-Davidson/Buell in February of 2004 as a salesman and service manager in 2006.

I also have years of experience as a motorcycle road racer. My most current race bike is a Buell YB12 R.

I have attended  sales, service management and warranty management classes. I have also participated in the 1125R developement class at Virginia International Raceway.

Chris Clark - Technician

I have been employed for 20 years for Grove's Winchester Harley-Davidson.

Current on all PHD traning.

Jack Dawson - Technician

Graduated MMI in September of 2004. I have been employed by Grove's Winchester Harley-Davidson since October of 2004.

I have 5 years and 6 months experience and am currently certified as a Master of Chassis.

Justin Wheeler- Technician

Graduated MMI in December of 2006. I have worked for Groves's Winchester Harley-Davidson since January of 2007.

Current on all PHD classes and level 3 expert in Technition Recognition Program.

Russell Basalyga- - Technician

I graduated MMI in November of 2002. I have over 15 years experience with motorcycles and have been working for Grove's Winchester-Harley Davidson since April of 2003.

Current in all PHD classes and Certified Master Electrical & Master of Chassis.

Raymond Carter - Detailer

I have been employed for 5 years at Grove's Winchester Harley-Davidson/Buell.

I clean and detail motorcycles also pick up and delivery.
